Baking Mix Methods

Follow the guides below to get the most out of your Plate To You baking mixes.

Banana Bread

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In a food processor, blend 2 bananas, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup of olive oil and 1/2 cup of maple syrup.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of filtered water and mix to combine.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. This is a great time to stir through any add-ins — walnuts, blueberries, or dark chocolate chips work beautifully.
  5. Pour into a greased 8x8 loaf tin lined with baking paper. You can also halve an extra banana and place it on top.
  6. Bake at 165°C for 55–60 minutes, or until fully browned on top.
  7. Slice and enjoy!
